The pineapple will become soft and sweet when cooked. When grilled, it will lose part of its water and the natural sugars present in the fruit will concentrate. This leads to a perfect match with the soft flakiness of salmon. No grill? No problem – try throwing them in the oven or air fryer!

Want to add more flavor?
