Did you know…
Eating salmon on a regular basis can prevent ailments related to the heart including heart attacks, hypertension, strokes, and high triglycerides. Salmon is rich in potassium and omega-3 fatty acids. These fats and minerals promote heart health. Salmon is also a beneficial food for hormones due to its anti-inflammatory properties. The Omega 3’s in salmon have been shown to reduce inflammation in the thyroid gland, boost progesterone production, reduce symptoms of PMS and lower high cortisol levels.
The pineapple will become soft and sweet when cooked. When grilled, it will lose part of its water and the natural sugars present in the fruit will concentrate. This leads to a perfect match with the soft flakiness of salmon. No grill? No problem – try throwing them in the oven or air fryer!
Want to add more flavor?
