When is the program?

You get access to the program as soon as you enroll. You will have access to download the program materials to reference at a later time if you wish. There are no live classes held - the program is go at your own pace however we do outline for you what to focus on each week and encourage live participation to get the most from the program!

Why the new name?

 It reflects the same heart of the program—but with clearer positioning, deeper strategy, and a sharper focus on thyroid energy.

Will this really work for me?

The foundations I will teach you and provide for you in this program is based on over eight years of clinical experience working with over 3,000 women with thyroid conditions. If you have any specific questions as you implement the program, you can ask them on our private community board. 

How much of a time commitment are we talking?

That's totally up to you and how much cooking you prefer to do! I've put together tons of simple meal ideas and travel resources so that whether you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes to cook, you will always have ideas. All of the additional materials like the podcast episodes will be about 30 minutes in length and can be listened in the car or wherever you are!

What if I have specific dietary needs?

We've taken that into account with all of our meal suggestions. All meals are totally gluten, dairy, soy, vegetable oil and corn free. There are also vegetarian and vegan recipes included. If you have any other specific food allergies you can make substitutions based on the program guidelines.

Are there any 1:1 appointments, workouts or testing included?

We do have the option to add on our complementary workout program for an additional $25 at checkout. These workouts include 4 per week of strength training and low impact cardio to support your thyroid goals. There are not any 1:1 appointments or lab tests included. I don't feel they are necessary for you to see success and excluding them helps make this program more accessible! However during week 4 you will learn about when and what testing and 1:1 personalized support may be a valuable next step for you!

Can I do this if I am traveling?

Totally! I've put together tons of travel recommendations for you!
