
Easy Overnight Oats
Starting the day with a healthy breakfast doesn't get much easier than overnight oats.
Ingredients
- ½ cup organic rolled oats
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop creatine monohydrate
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed meal
- Unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Transfer all ingredients into a glass meal prep container. Using a spoon, stir together evenly. Slowly add unsweetened almond milk while stirring until you reach desired consistency. I prefer mine more runny and will ensure there is always some liquid remaining over the oats, but that is completely up to you!
- Transfer to the refrigerator and let sit for 8-12 hours or overnight (I do this the night before)
- Consume cold or microwave for 90 seconds before eating! Enjoy!
