Easy Overnight Oats

Starting the day with a healthy breakfast doesn't get much easier than overnight oats.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop creatine monohydrate
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed meal
  • Unsweetened almond milk (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Transfer all ingredients into a glass meal prep container. Using a spoon, stir together evenly. Slowly add unsweetened almond milk while stirring until you reach desired consistency. I prefer mine more runny and will ensure there is always some liquid remaining over the oats, but that is completely up to you!
  • Transfer to the refrigerator and let sit for 8-12 hours or overnight (I do this the night before)
  • Consume cold or microwave for 90 seconds before eating! Enjoy!
