Easy Overnight Oats
Starting the day with a healthy breakfast doesn't get much easier than overnight oats.

- ½ cup organic rolled oats
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop creatine monohydrate
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed meal
- Unsweetened almond milk (as needed)
Transfer all ingredients into a glass meal prep container. Using a spoon, stir together evenly. Slowly add unsweetened almond milk while stirring until you reach desired consistency. I prefer mine more runny and will ensure there is always some liquid remaining over the oats, but that is completely up to you!
Transfer to the refrigerator and let sit for 8-12 hours or overnight (I do this the night before)
Consume cold or microwave for 90 seconds before eating! Enjoy!
