
Raspberry Chia Protein Pudding
This Raspberry Chia Pudding is packed with flavor from raspberries, and loaded with healthy protein from chia seeds. It makes a tasty and simple overnight breakfast recipe and helps curb your sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cup Unsweetened Almond
- ⅓ cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 cups Raspberries Divided
- 1/2 cup Oats
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chia seeds and oats with the almond milk and theprotein powder.
- Whisk well, making sure all the seeds are incorporated.
- Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight to thicken.
- In a small bowl, mash half the raspberries with a fork. Top the chia pudding withthe mashed raspberries and remaining raspberries. Serve and enjoy!
