It’s My Birthday and I’m stepping into my 30’s! As I embrace this new decade, I had a moment to reflect back on my last healing decade and my current staple habits. I realized how my intentions have shifted so much and how this has strengthened me as a practitioner. One of my reflections (the biggest) was on my personal health journey of my 20’s with hormonal imbalances, gut issues and the self applied regimens and testing I did to bring me where I am today.
As of late, I’ve really focused on lifestyle practices that benefit my mental health. So, I wanted to share with you a few things I’ve been doing that have made the greatest impact on how I take care of my health within my home, nutrition and physical activity.
