
Gluten-Free Berry Syrup Protein Waffles

Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Pamela GF Baking Mix
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- 3 Eggs
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Pumkin Pie Spice
- 3 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil
Berry Syrup
- 1 cup Frozen Berries
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Syrup
Instructions
- For batter, mix together and let sit 5-10 minutes. Cook using a waffle maker and top with “syrup”!For syrup, place ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for 90 seconds. Stir using a fork and pour over waffles.
