Gluten-Free Berry Syrup Protein Waffles

a guilt free breakfast that can be eaten anytime of the day. indulge in this classic recipe with a few twists for a nutritional protein pack breakfast!

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups Pamela GF Baking Mix
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Pumkin Pie Spice
  • 3 tbsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil

Berry Syrup

  • 1 cup Frozen Berries
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Syrup

Instructions
 

  • For batter, mix together and let sit 5-10 minutes. Cook using a waffle maker and top with “syrup”!
    For syrup, place ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for 90 seconds. Stir using a fork and pour over waffles.
