
Daily Functional Smoothie
Your new go-to smoothie recipe that is packed with functional nutrition properties! It's full of protein and essential nutrients to fuel your day, keep your blood sugar balanced, and support your hormones!
Ingredients
- 1-1½ cup Frozen Berries
- 2 cup Spring Mix
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Lecithin (natural source of choline)
- 2 tbsp Whole Flax Seeds
- 1 scoop Functional FuelPRO Protein Powder
- 3 capsules Functional Fueling Mineral Magic
- 1-2 scoops Functional Fueling Hormone Potion
- 1½ cup water or herbal tea
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together
- Add a few ice cubes and reblend
- Top with cacoa nibs and pumpkin seeds if desired for some crunch!
