Ingredients
  

  • 1-1½ cup Frozen Berries
  • 2 cup Spring Mix
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Lecithin (natural source of choline)
  • 2 tbsp Whole Flax Seeds
  • 1 scoop Functional FuelPRO Protein Powder
  • 3 capsules Functional Fueling Mineral Magic
  • 1-2 scoops Functional Fueling Hormone Potion
  • cup water or herbal tea
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or pumpkin seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Add a few ice cubes and reblend
  • Top with cacoa nibs and pumpkin seeds if desired for some crunch!
