Creamy Blueberry Oat Bran Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat bran
  • 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 2 tbsps brazil nuts chopped
  • 2 scoops Functional FuelPRO protein

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the oat bran and toast for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring often.
  • Add the milk, blueberries, and stevia powder and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, then add the protein powder and stir again. Cook for three to four minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Add a small amount of milk, as needed, for desired consistency. Top with Brazil nuts and enjoy!
