
Creamy Blueberry Oat Bran Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat bran
- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries
- 2 tbsps brazil nuts chopped
- 2 scoops Functional FuelPRO protein
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the oat bran and toast for 30 to 60 seconds, stirring often.
- Add the milk, blueberries, and stevia powder and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, then add the protein powder and stir again. Cook for three to four minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Add a small amount of milk, as needed, for desired consistency. Top with Brazil nuts and enjoy!
