Ingredients
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt Cocojune or Culina brand
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 scoop Hormone Potion functionalfueling.com/hormone-potion
- 1 scoop Functional FuelPRO functionalfueling.com/functional-fuelpro
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
