Air Fryer Turkey Legs
Ingredients
- 4 Organic Turkey Legs
- 1 tbsp Ghee my favorite is Full Circle brand
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Rosemary
- ¼ tsp Thyme
- ¼ tsp Oregano
Instructions
- Pat turkey legs dry then season with sea salt and pepper.
- Combine ghee with seasonings, in a small bowl and mix well.
- Place in microwave if needed for 10-20 seconds to lightly melt.
- Rub ghee all over turkey legs and under the skin if possible.
- Place the turkey leg into the air fryer basket and cook on 325 degrees F for 27 minutes.
- Until internal temp is 165 degrees F.
- Check internal temp and add time if needed, then rest legs for 5 minutes and serve.
