A Look Inside My Grocery List

Ever wonder what a Registered Dietitian actually buys at the grocery store? I am going to show you! Keep in mind that my needs are different than yours and what I do might not be the best option for you and that’s why understanding your body’s needs is the most important!

Okay, let’s dive in!

Every Saturday I take a few minutes to collect an inventory on what we have in the refrigerator and pantry and decide which grocery store makes the

most sense. I try to stop at Costco once per month for bulk items to cut costs and then go to
smaller stores the other weeks.

I also love buying groceries on Amazon Fresh because it saves time and money.
Here’s what’s on this week’s list. This is for 2 people for 6-7 days:
PRINT IT OUT!
For more ideas on what I purchase and recommend, check out my Amazon Store Front! I know, it probably sounds like a lot of food. It is! We eat fresh and it’s something that is extremely important to me. But don’t be fooled, I also love a good sale and have learned how to cut costs while still buying high quality. I love teaching people how to do the same. Eating well and taking care of you and your family’s health shouldn’t cost a fortune.
Stay tuned for a resource that is coming soon for you where I will be talking more about practical strategies for high quality eating!

Hopefully this inspired you to get your grocery shopping on!

xoxo,
Lo
