
Coconut Yogurt Parfait
A perfectly balanced snack that is sweet and satisfying!
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Plain Coconut Yogurt (Culina or Cocojune)
- ½ scoop Functional FuelPRO Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp Grain-free Granola (Purely Elizabeth)
- 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
Instructions
- Transfer coconut yogurt to a small bowl.
- Add in Functional FuelPRO and stir well with a whisk to combine.
- Add in granola and strawberries. Enjoy!
