6 ingredient pre-workout bites
These ultimate easy raw energy bites provide many essential nutrients and energy. They are perfect before a workout or as a snack. If you love something chocolaty and sweet, you will love these sweet treats!
- 1 cup medjool dates
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao
Place all the ingredients in a food processor
Blend until completely mixed
Form small balls and place them on a tray
Place the tray with the balls in the freezer for 10 minutes
