Nitrate Berry Beet Smoothie
A power smoothie to help improve exercise stamina, improve muscle power, heal maintain healthy weight, a good source of potassium and minerals!

- 1 cup Beets
- ½ cup Frozen Berries
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- ½ Whole Lemon Juice
- 1½ tsp Chia Seeds
- 1½ tsp Whole Flax Seeds
- ¼ cup Flax Seeds
- ½ oz Collagen Powder
Purchase beets pre-steamed (Love Beets is a good brand) or steam them yourself. Peel then cut into 1 inch slices. Place sliced beets into a steamer basket, lower heat, and cover. Steam until vegetables are crisp.
Add frozen berries, beets, spinach, lemon, cilantro, chia and flax seeds to blender. Add 1 scoop collagen peptides powder.
Add 3-4 ice cubes.
Using filtered water, add enough to meet the line of where the food in the blender is to.
If needed, add more filtered water to thin, or more ice cubes to thicken. Add slowly and reblend.
