  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups spring mix
  • 1/2 whole avocado
  • 1 cup bone broth protein powder
  • 1.5 cups iced green tea unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp whole flax seeds
  • 1 handful ice
