Chocolate Dipped Clementines

A healthy snack for Halloween fun! Fresh and delicious but sweet and rich - and topped with salt! Quick and easy to make, great to make in batch.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 peeled clementines
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • flaked sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the clementine slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Melt chocolate in either the microwave or a double boiler – if mivorvae do in 30sec increments , stir and repeat until melted. 
  • Stir in the coconut oil until melted.
  • Dip half the clementine in the chocolate then sprinkle with flaked salt. Repeat.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
