Chocolate Dipped Clementines
A healthy snack for Halloween fun! Fresh and delicious but sweet and rich - and topped with salt! Quick and easy to make, great to make in batch.

- 6 peeled clementines
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- flaked sea salt
Place the clementine slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Melt chocolate in either the microwave or a double boiler – if mivorvae do in 30sec increments , stir and repeat until melted.
Stir in the coconut oil until melted.
Dip half the clementine in the chocolate then sprinkle with flaked salt. Repeat.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
