Equipment

  • Stainless Steel Cold Pressed Juice (we love this one from Breville - https://amzn.to/4p5uqja)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bunches Celery about 30 stalks including leaves
  • 2 heads Romaine
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 2 whole Lemons
  • 6 inches Ginger Root peeled
  • 2 Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Wash all produce thoroughly
  • Cut lemons and apples in half
  • Feed all ingredients except apple cider vinegar through your juicer
  • Add apple cider vinegar to juice and enjoy immediately for optimal freshness
