Welcome, I'm Lauren!

I'm a functional MEDICINE Registered Dietitian.

I take an integrative approach to helping you get answers and improve your health through:
• getting to the root cause of your symptoms
• balancing and healing your hormones
• fixing your gut and digestion
• restoring your metabolism

As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I am trained in biochemistry, human biology, physiology, and chemistry. I understand the whole body and each system's role in optimal health and healing. Utilizing an integrative approach, I look at more than just diet when assessing your needs. We will get to the root cause and discuss your lifestyle, social and medical history, and supplementation.

FAQ's

Is this covered by my insurance?

What's the difference between a consultation and 1:1 coaching?

What if after my consultation I would like to switch over to 1:1 coaching?

A consultation is a single appointment. It does not include advanced lab testing, custom protocols or unlimited messaging and email support with Lauren. A consultation is best for someone who wants to get their questions answered and does not need ongoing support or identification of their root causes.

FAQ's

Consultations may be covered under your PPO insurance plan with United Healthcare or Health Net. Because of the breadth of services offered in 1:1 coaching, this service is not covered by insurance. All consultations and 1:1 coaching can be submitted under your out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement.

That is no problem at all. The cost of the consultation will be applied towards the 1:1 coaching price.

FAQ's

"Thank you, Lauren, for empowering me and guiding me towards a healthier future. You got my period to come back after four years, reduced my headaches by 70-80% and decreased by brain fog. Choosing you as my dietician was one of the best decisions I've ever made."

"I came to Lauren looking for support with recovering from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea and improving my hormones. Rather than prescribing a standard nutrition plan, Lauren suggested a DUTCH test so we could see what was going on for my body and how we could support my body and my goals. My sleep, my energy levels, and my mood have all increased drastically."

" I feel physically better than I have in 8 years, and I have more confidence and food freedom after over 8 years of unexplained GI issues. I never anticipated working with Lauren she would be able to resolve my GI issues- but she did!! I'm running stronger and feeling better on a daily basis, all thanks to Lauren's guidance and expertise!"
