Post Smoothie Workout
Antioxidant rich, high in fiber, and flavors that blend well!
Ingredients
- 2 cups organic spinach or kale
- ½ green banana
- 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries
- ½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp beet powder
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 scoop creatine monohydrate
- ½ lemon juice
- 12 oz unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
Instructions
- Throw everything into a high speed blender and blend until smooth!
