Almond Butter Banana Heart Cookies
The perfect cookie for Valentines Day, Girlfriends birthday or any occasion you want to bring out this heart warming shape!

- 2 Bananas
- ⅓ cup Almond Butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
- 3 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1½ cup Oats
- 1 cup Strawberries (sliced into heart shapes)
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease with some coconut oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, almond butter, egg, coconut oil and honey. Mix well. Then add oats and mix again. (Note: Depending on how much mixing you do, the mixture may get slightly runny. Add extra oats to thicken it up if needed.)
If you have one, use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to form heart-shaped cookies on the baking sheet. If you don't have a cookie cutter, simply use your hands to roll the dough into balls and then flatten the ball into a cookie in between your palms. Gently press a heart-shaped strawberry slice into the top of every cookie.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 25 minutes depending on how crunchy you like your cookies. Remove from oven and let cool before lifting. Enjoy!
